This report summarizes the design and fabrication of a hydraulic pressure energy harvester (HPEH) device called HPEH 5-3. The device was designed to operate at higher static pressures up to 5000 psi using a force-shunting mechanism with a Belleville disc spring to reduce stress on the piezoelectric stack. Material selection and assembly details are provided. Analyses of the force-shunting concept and calculations are included in the appendices to justify the design.
