The trade relationships between the US and India to be a very interesting topic
when looking towards the future. This relationship can be extremely beneficial for
both countries as long as we can form a strong bond with the Indian Prime Minister

The events that I have chosen to write about is deaths that happen during no knock
search warrants1 and drug raids. All over the U.S there are civilians and law
enforcement dying because of the way that they are choosing to execute these
warrants. I feel that there are better ways of conducting a search warrant, detaining

The payments are made through government insurance policies that are purchased
with taxpayer funds and I don t think it s fair. Why should my tax dollars pay for
the lawsuit of a drug raid gone badly? In almost all the cases where a settlement was
paid out, which happens in many botched raids, prosecutors declined to charge any

him, Conrad lets slip the racism of which he stands accused. Essentially, this novel is
not primarily about imperialism and the horrors thereof, but instead it is about the

Unfortunately, Achebe does not touch on this enough to show Conrad s racism
through Heart of Darkness, although he does mention it on page 1790, asking, Can
nobody see the preposterous and perverse arrogance in thus reducing AFrica to the

The main issue that should first be outlined is that it can be argued that the Human
Rights Act causes an imbalance. The Act favours the judiciary over both the
executive and the legislature as it gives the judiciary the power to impose their
authority over the other two. Section 3 of the Act gives the judiciary the power to

from high level reported case volumes, to understanding the gender split of the
absence recorded.
Summary
By analysing the data collated from our absence records, we can establish trends to
enable the organisation to look to implement preventative measures to reduce overall
long term absence levels. key findings
Absence from the British Gas Business Customer Care function is currently at its
highest levels since 2010. The average number of days taken as absence within the
short term sickness (STS) criteria (under 20 consecutive days), has increased from
4.6 to 5.5 days per employee per rolling 52 weeks. The increase in long term sickness
(LTS) registered within the organisation has increased by 0.8% over the past 4 years.
LTS cases for 2014 are split into the following reasons for absence and then
subsequently by gender for all Stress (Work related) / Mental Illness reported
absences.
