team spirit. Either positive or negative.
THIS PRE-JUIDICE AFFECT ALL TASKS, GOALS AND EVENTS –
IT EITHER HELPS TO RESOLVE ISSUES OR CREATE NEW ONES.
It takes a lot of managerial efforts in order to initiate a task
which is perceived by team as negative, a lot of efforts.
Otherwise, in a positively-tuned team the same task flares in
an instant.
Few people understand that this attitude has great inertia.
IT’S EASY TO MAINTAIN CURRENT POSITIVITY,
BUT REALLY HARD TO CHANGE A NEGATIVE TREND.
In spite of my huge experience, I haven’t seen such a case.
When you discover a negative thought about something
within your company, your working environment, your
team — immediately find something positive and suggest it
to your employee.
JUST POINT OUT TO SOMETHING
WHICH IS VALUABLE IN HIS/HER EYES.
Don‘t argue with the judgement —
everybody has its own reasons and right to evaluate things
GROW AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE TRENDS
IN YOUR TEAM
AND CUT OFF NEGATIVE ONES
