Ravi Palwe was asked to start a UX practice within a group to help simplify the mortgage process through digitalization. He began by collaborating with existing teams, conducting stakeholder interviews, and using sticky notes to brainstorm ideas. Through user research including creating user profiles and industry research, Ravi sought to understand users better since the existing system was developed without user insights. He then set up workshops to collaboratively design solutions with developers and subject matter experts. Ravi worked on scenarios, storyboards, and prototypes using tools like Sketch and Marvel to match user goals with business requirements.

2. Big challenge
Setup a UX team with-in an organization is very
challenging. I have asked to start a UX practice
with-in a group to solve one of the biggest
problems in Mortgage that Digitalization of the
entire process.

This process help me get in touch with all key

workshop as they understand deeply about the
project and end users.
