Ravi Palwe was asked to start a UX practice within a group to help simplify the mortgage process through digitalization. He began by collaborating with existing teams, conducting stakeholder interviews, and using sticky notes to brainstorm ideas. Through user research including creating user profiles and industry research, Ravi sought to understand users better since the existing system was developed without user insights. He then set up workshops to collaboratively design solutions with developers and subject matter experts. Ravi worked on scenarios, storyboards, and prototypes using tools like Sketch and Marvel to match user goals with business requirements.
