MF-VAZHI THADAM is the initiative process product of Mahindra Finance – BITS (Business Information Technology Solutions) department,the basic Idea was to have a well-defined route map for our customer’s location in the map.But considering the potential & the influence towards the business drive, Branch operations, the project was scaled up to the multi-dimensional module called ‘ Mahindra Finance - VazhiThadam’,this tool by design it’s a KYC itself, as this process of capturing LAT/LNG is nothing but an Electronic Address recording or verification.
Here is something cool we did. We’ve mapped out the entire HR life cycle and identified areas where chatbots can help increase productivity and decrease costs.

A platform which helps attorneys and legal teams of corporates to gather data and
processit to find insightful information. There are four types of users 1. Legal Manager,
2. Legal User, 3. E-discovery Manager, 4. E-discovery User. Each of the user will look
into different activities and would seek for different information. The platform gathers
data from different data sources for the custodians. The gathered data is than processed
for different parameters and narrowed down to a small set of information which can be
helpful for proceedings. The design strategy was finalized considering 508 compliance,
which involves the guidelines for accessibility.

Vacation ownership and holiday booking portal
The project was to design a webapp which allows user to book holidays at
different destinations and provides elaborate information about the services
and products of the resort. Different features of it allow to plan events, design
customized itineraries and become a member of the resort chain. The goal was
to make the process hassle free and online so that it is accessible to remote
users. We proposed to take all the activities like lead generation, membership
sales online and the design included everything online so that users don’t have
to connect to nearby offices.

11. Intranet redesign for leading insurance company
A leading Insurance company had come up with a requirement to redesign the intranet.
The organisation has around 80 different apps for employees across different
departments and locations. Employees were not used to using intranet for their
activities and work because mostly all of their routine tasks were done through
different apps available. The Intranet was proposed to be the central hub for all
primary and periphery tasks. It provides users with information, one login, updates,
blogs, routine tasks etc. so users get one go-to platform for all their needs.
Challenges
• Redesign the application for consistent interaction and visual design.
• Providing solutions for different levels of users and their requirements according
to their needs at different locations.
• Redesign the architecture for different users, design navigation. flow for simplicity.
Role
• Co-ordinate with different teams and understand requirements.
• Create questionnaire, set up research strategy, conduct user research, gather data,
analyse data and derive insights.

On-boarding process for SaaS based E-commerce platform
Redesign of a platform which facilitates small vendors to set up online stores to
expand their reach to customers. Animall is a SAAS based multi-tenant e-commerce
platform. It provides online infrastructure for businesses to start their online stores.
I worked on the platform redesign as lead UX designer. The biggest challenge was to
make the system in such a way that it will be accepted across geographies with different
languages, currencies and taxes. The redesign incorporates a system which has a smaller
learning curve, thus implies lesser investment in training. The features are grouped
together for a better navigation which narrows down for sub-tasks.
Challenges
• Redesigning the existing platform to make it simple, usable and easy to learn.
• Design the on boarding process of setting up a store such that it is brief and easy
to complete.
• Designing the complex information architecture of the system.
Role
• Lead the project and collaborated with the team located at Hong-Kong for aligning
the business and tech requirements.
• Created interactive high fidelity wireframes and tested the same with users.
• User interviews, creating personas, user journey maps, IA, Wireframes and Hi-
Fidelity prototype.

A unified tool to keep a check on all bank accounts at one place, set reminders for
payment dates, set budget and transfer money to other accounts. A mobile app
which one can rely on to do routine monetary activities.
