The happiest, most exciting memories I hold on to are often accompanied by a country song,
whether it be playing in the background, or roaring over the speakers. Songs are written for
people to feel and relate to the emotion the songwriter and singer put behind the lyrics. Growing
up having my dad be my role model and most influential person in my life, I often find myself in
things that remind me of him or our memories, along with songs that describe a girl who is
fearless and lives on the edge at times, as if there are no consequences. For me, this is especially
true listening to the song She Ain t Right, by Lee Brice, which highlights my personality and
strength I got from my dad, my sense of fearlessness, and my constant seeking out of adventure.

Growing up I was always underestimated by the people around me. It wasn t until late highschool
until I started doing well in school, which is where my motivation to prove people wrong fueled
my efforts to succeed. College was when I started to take pride in my achievements. I started with a

Patient centered care is something I think should ve been a part of the pharmacy field since
pharmacy has started though, it was to a different extent. Patient centered care for me is to mold
/modify a treatment plan according to the patient s needs and to consider them in the treatment plan
when making one up. Most doctors are likely to just tell the patient what their condition is and what
they should take and just tell them what they need to know instead of asking them questions like
what are some complications they have been facing while they are following the treatment plan and
addressing them. I think it s important to have patient centered care because then the patient is
more likely to trust their doctorand are willing to follow their plan even if it is uncomfortable to
them.
During my IPPE, my preceptor asked me a question, why would a patient follow through their
medication regimen? I told him, that it s because they believe that the medication will work for
them. After that, he told me trust in their pharmacist is the key. Then, I understood it, that no
matter what the scenario is if the patient is willing to trust their healthcare professional, then they
would be willing to follow their care plan and understand their intentions for them, instead of them

An Unknown Girl was written by Moniza Alvi after her hand was painted with a peacock picture

chaos as widespread communal violence broke out between the Hindu, Sikh and Muslim

women who experienced abduction and the social workers that worked with them. To reiterate,

With abduction, these women experienced a great ordeal, which made them more independent
