3. WRITING A REPORT
• Use font style "Times New Roman", size "12", alignment
"justify" in the report writing.
• Write the titles in a bigger size font “size 14”, in bold and
underlined.
• Leave a space between each two paragraphs and press one tab
at the beginning of each paragraph.
• Write the report in a logic and meaningful sequence and refine
the taken data.
• Use many and useful references in the report.
• Put a list of the cited references at the end of the report.
4. MAKING A PPP
• Use font style "Arial", big size font, alignment "justify".
• The first slide will be a cover with the title and presenter's
numbers.
• The last slide will contain a thank you note.
• The background for all the slides must be the same and
relevant to the topic.
• Write either by bright colour on a dark background or by a
dark colour on a light background.
• The animations should be simple, fast and similar on all the
slides and no sound.
