o Accuracy and helpfulness of answers is still
highly questionable
o Featured snippets often appear below SGE
answers – weird experience
o The lack of links and sourcing is terrible and
significantly reduces the overall SGE experience
o Top ranking organic results are not always
chosen as the SGE answers
