Each of us went through difficult times in our lives and often we did not receive help, not to be understood, to be judged, labeled by others, unconsciously. We wonder why this is happening? Why don't others see your truth? Because they perceive us through their own filter, so do we, in our turn, in an unconscious way in other situations and towards other people. Our reality, as we perceive it, is not always identical with the reality that the other perceives. Each has different beliefs, perceptions of certain objects, persons. E.g : If he looks at a rose, a person who in his childhood was beaten with such a plant, can say that for him it is not something beautiful. Instead a person who has had pleasant experiences, on the contrary can say that it is wonderful. And then we wonder which of the two is right? The answer is that both have their own truth. Each perceives with their own senses reality. We pass reality through our filter, and if in the past there are unhealed, unreleased emotions we continue to live in the past, not at present. Finish things started or release yourself permanently, thinking of them will always consume your energy. We see reality as we were accustomed to believe, to perceive until now, and not as it actually is. Even if we do not hold the absolute truth, it is important to be as close as possible to it. In order to have a balanced life it is advisable to develop ourselves on all levels (emotional, intellectual, physical). What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)? It is the ability to manage your emotions, to create positive emotions and to reduce the negative ones experienced, to replace the negative emotions with the positive ones. From here comes the well-being, the fulfillment, the success. This intelligence in the last period goes first to logic based on intelligence (IQ). I will show you several methods that you can use if you are going through difficult times. These methods have helped other people as well as myself, to manage emotions more intelligently. What you need to do is to realize that any destructive emotions you have are not helping you or others. Those emotions will only drain you of energy for both you and others.
