If you have managed to make small improvements
in your life, celebrate the success, enjoy every step.
How do we release ourselves emo onally and how
do we intelligently manage our emo ons?
Each of us went through difficult mes in our lives
and o en we did not receive help, not to be
understood, to be judged, labeled by others,
unconsciously.
We wonder why this is happening?
Why don't others see your truth?
Because they perceive us through their own filter,
so do we, in our turn, in an unconscious way in

other situa ons and towards other people.
Our reality, as we perceive it, is not always iden cal
with the reality that the other perceives.
Each has different beliefs, percep ons of certain
objects, persons.
E.g :
If he looks at a rose, a person who in his childhood
was beaten with such a plant, can say that for him it
is not something beau ful.
Instead a person who has had pleasant experiences,
on the contrary can say that it is wonderful.
And then we wonder which of the two is right?
The answer is that both have their own truth.
Each perceives with their own senses reality.

We pass reality through our filter, and if in the past
there are unhealed, unreleased emo ons we
con nue to live in the past, not at present.
Finish things started or release yourself
permanently, thinking of them will always consume
your energy.
We see reality as we were accustomed to believe,
to perceive un l now, and not as it actually is.
Even if we do not hold the absolute truth, it is
important to be as close as possible to it.
In order to have a balanced life it is advisable to
develop ourselves on all levels (emo onal,
intellectual, physical).
What is Emo onal Intelligence (EQ)?
It is the ability to manage your emo ons, to create
posi ve emo ons and to reduce the nega ve ones

experienced, to replace the nega ve emo ons with
the posi ve ones.
From here comes the well-being, the fulfillment,
the success.
This intelligence in the last period goes first to logic
based on intelligence (IQ).
I will show you several methods that you can use if
you are going through difficult mes.
These methods have helped other people as well as
myself, to manage emo ons more intelligently.
What you need to do is to realize that any
destruc ve emo ons you have are not helping you
or others.
Those emo ons will only drain you of energy for
both you and others.
If you treat a man as he seems to be, it will get

worse.
If you treat it as it might be, it will get be er.
It is very important when it comes to emo ons, to
balance yourself, to be aligned, meaning the mind is
aligned with the heart and anchored in the present.
Fears, fears are invalid emo ons, they appear when
our mind goes either in the past (where we
experienced nega ve emo ons towards something
in par cular) or in the future (when we create
different scenarios, unreal and based on everything
we have lived, what we have tested some me.
To live the present, to live a conscious life means to
be aligned, your mind and your emo ons to bring
them now, where you make the decisions of that
moment.
Otherwise we risk living either in the past or in the
future (when we imagine things that could happen)
without ac ng in the present moment.

When we are sad, depressed, to raise our vibra on,
we can anchor ourselves in the past to various
posi ve emo ons, or to visualize a future as we
wish, to experience that emo on of fulfillment, an
emo on that we can bring into our body today. ,
but unfortunately people do not and most of the
me if they do this it focuses on the nega ve and
not the posi ve side, the nega ve emo on and not
the construc ve one, unfortunately.
That is why my sugges on to you is to find out what
prevents you from going to your dream, and if it has
to do with past emo ons, beliefs planted in your
parents mind, or the society in which you lived,
choose to observe them, not to oppose them, to
accept them because there is nothing abnormal
that you have, that they are there, and the last step
is to get rid of them and replace them with
something posi ve, with a construc ve habit to
repeat with small steps un l you get into your

habit.
Anything that is usually new to you is a dream, a
desire to be mo vated to do repe ve, un l
implementa on, that thing.
It creates the environment favorable to change the
habit and acts both mentally, spiritually and
physically.
Fear, for example, is an emo on that the brave
ones feel, but the difference is that they do what
they have to do even if they are afraid.
Basically they choose to overcome this emo on by
controlling it intelligently and le ng it dominate
and control their life.
It does not promise when you are happy.

Don't make decisions when you are sad, upset.

How do we release ourselves emo onally and how do we intelligently manage our emo ons? Each of us went through difficult mes in our lives and o en we did not receive help, not to be understood, to be judged, labeled by others, unconsciously. We wonder why this is happening? Why don't others see your truth? Because they perceive us through their own filter, so do we, in our turn, in an unconscious way in 2
  • 3. other situa ons and towards other people. Our reality, as we perceive it, is not always iden cal with the reality that the other perceives. Each has different beliefs, percep ons of certain objects, persons. E.g : If he looks at a rose, a person who in his childhood was beaten with such a plant, can say that for him it is not something beau ful. Instead a person who has had pleasant experiences, on the contrary can say that it is wonderful. And then we wonder which of the two is right? The answer is that both have their own truth. Each perceives with their own senses reality. 3
  • 4. We pass reality through our filter, and if in the past there are unhealed, unreleased emo ons we con nue to live in the past, not at present. Finish things started or release yourself permanently, thinking of them will always consume your energy. We see reality as we were accustomed to believe, to perceive un l now, and not as it actually is. Even if we do not hold the absolute truth, it is important to be as close as possible to it. In order to have a balanced life it is advisable to develop ourselves on all levels (emo onal, intellectual, physical). What is Emo onal Intelligence (EQ)? It is the ability to manage your emo ons, to create posi ve emo ons and to reduce the nega ve ones 4
  • 5. experienced, to replace the nega ve emo ons with the posi ve ones. From here comes the well-being, the fulfillment, the success. This intelligence in the last period goes first to logic based on intelligence (IQ). I will show you several methods that you can use if you are going through difficult mes. These methods have helped other people as well as myself, to manage emo ons more intelligently. What you need to do is to realize that any destruc ve emo ons you have are not helping you or others. Those emo ons will only drain you of energy for both you and others. If you treat a man as he seems to be, it will get 5
  • 6. worse. If you treat it as it might be, it will get be er. It is very important when it comes to emo ons, to balance yourself, to be aligned, meaning the mind is aligned with the heart and anchored in the present. Fears, fears are invalid emo ons, they appear when our mind goes either in the past (where we experienced nega ve emo ons towards something in par cular) or in the future (when we create different scenarios, unreal and based on everything we have lived, what we have tested some me. To live the present, to live a conscious life means to be aligned, your mind and your emo ons to bring them now, where you make the decisions of that moment. Otherwise we risk living either in the past or in the future (when we imagine things that could happen) without ac ng in the present moment. 6

When we are sad, depressed, to raise our vibra on, we can anchor ourselves in the past to various posi ve emo ons, or to visualize a future as we wish, to experience that emo on of fulfillment, an emo on that we can bring into our body today. , but unfortunately people do not and most of the me if they do this it focuses on the nega ve and not the posi ve side, the nega ve emo on and not the construc ve one, unfortunately. That is why my sugges on to you is to find out what prevents you from going to your dream, and if it has to do with past emo ons, beliefs planted in your parents mind, or the society in which you lived, choose to observe them, not to oppose them, to accept them because there is nothing abnormal that you have, that they are there, and the last step is to get rid of them and replace them with something posi ve, with a construc ve habit to repeat with small steps un l you get into your 7
  • 8. habit. Anything that is usually new to you is a dream, a desire to be mo vated to do repe ve, un l implementa on, that thing. It creates the environment favorable to change the habit and acts both mentally, spiritually and physically. Fear, for example, is an emo on that the brave ones feel, but the difference is that they do what they have to do even if they are afraid. Basically they choose to overcome this emo on by controlling it intelligently and le ng it dominate and control their life. It does not promise when you are happy. 8
