How to deal with hematuria caused by chronic nonbacterial prostatitis?
1. How To Deal With
Hematuria Caused by
Chronic Nonbacterial
Prostatitis?
2. The cause of nonbacterial
prostatitis is very complicated.
At present, it is believed that it
is mainly related to pathogen
infections, inflammation and
abnormal pelvic floor
neuromuscular activities.
3. The patient has pain in the
genitals, painful ejaculation
during sex, frequent and urgent
urination, and painful urination.
In some severe patients, they
may even appear hematuria
when urinating.
4. What can patients do to treat hematuria
with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis?
Hematuria caused by chronic non-bacterial
prostatitis should be treated with
comprehensive treatment. The main goals
of treatment are to improve urination
symptoms and improve life quality.
6. Health education, psychological and behavioral
counseling have a positive effect. Avoid holding
back urine, sitting for a long time, keep warm,
and strengthen physical exercise. Patients
should give up alcohol and avoid spicy foods.
General treatment
7. Medication
The treatment of hematuria with some
conventional drugs can only temporarily relieve
the symptoms, and the disease cannot be cured.
The main reason prostatitis is difficult to cure is
the blockage of the drug absorption, metabolic
and nutrition channels. A series of internal and
external causes are the key to a long-term cure.
8. Traditional Chinese medicine is powerful and
reaches the affected area. Diuretic and Anti-
inflammatory Pill is recommended to treat
hematuria. It is made of natural herbs, which can
treat hematuria caused by chronic non-bacterial
prostatitis effectively.
9. First, it opens the envelope channel and the
gland duct, so that the inflammatory
substances can be smoothly discharged
from the body.
What’s more, the urination is smoothed,
and energy is enriched, sexual function is
fully recovered, and a series of discomforts
caused by prostatitis have all disappeared.
Finally, the prostate is restored to be healthy.
10. The treatment of chronic non-bacterial
prostatitis requires symptomatic treatment.
Clinically, the combination of TCM
and antibiotics is effective, and
sufficient antibiotics can be used
for anti-inflammatory treatment,
combined with herbal medicine,
such as Diuretic and Anti-
inflammatory Pill for conditioning
and consolidation treatment.
11. Physical therapy
a. Sitz bath with warm water:
Pour about 40 degrees of water, pour
it into about half a basin, sit for 10 to
30 minutes each time. Add an
appropriate amount of hot water
when the water temperature drops to
keep the water at an appropriate
temperature.
12. Do it 1 to 2 times a day, 10 days as a course
of treatment. It is conducive to the discharge
of inflammatory secretions.
During the treatment period, drink plenty of
water, do not hold back your urine, do not eat
spicy food, do not smoke or drink a lot of alcohol.
13. b. Prostate massage
Prostate massage is one of the traditional
treatment methods. Studies have shown that
proper prostate massage can promote the
emptying of prostate glands and increase the
local drug concentration, thereby alleviating the
symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis.
Therefore, it is recommended as an auxiliary for
chronic non-bacterial prostatitis therapy.
