stress reliever.

pantothenic acid, also
called the “anti-stress
vitamin”

Broccoli, oranges and
avocado contain folic
acid which plays a role
in nerve function to
lower stress levels

Bananas are rich in
potassium which
regulates blood pressure

7. How to De-stress with Food
Chia Seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids,
essential for cognitive function – a clear, focused
mind can help with handling stress in a healthy
way
