Case studies: real problems used as examples
in this manual are for marketing online
FOREX trading.
I already know how to manually and legally grow my LinkedIn connections
using Geodemographic data bases. I have described the processes in my Study
Guide 1 & 2. Between September 2016 and February 2017 things were going well
with me, until I discovered that I was no longer able to manually grow my LinkedIn
connections using my Big Geodemographic Database (20 million) of global B2B

By discussing the problem on LinkedIn we found the solution. After
implementing the new solution, the number of people accepting my invitations to
connect with them started to grow again, as you can see below:
The first day after solving the problem of not able to upload file to LinkedIn,
103 new connections were automatically added to my network by LinkedIn on the
25th
of April, 2017. These number excludes those that were requesting to connect
with me. The second day, the number of connections automatically being added
by LinkedIn to my network increased to 245. This is shown below.
Ideally, LinkedIn advises that one should send a message to each person
viewing your profile or you visit to view their profile. This requires that you have
to visit each person that accepted your connection request. Many people do not
follow through with this advice, and this remain one of the reasons why they are
not growing their network super-fast like some of us.
Doing this for few people like 10 new connections per day is possible.
However, as soon as the number of your connections starts to grow daily, say from
100 to 500 people, it becomes difficult to visit every person’s profile page that
accepted your connection request.
Problem 1: How to automate my visits to profile pages of other people
What is the logic behind my ambitions to be visiting other people’s profile
page, you may ask. The more people viewing my profile page, the more visibility
I will get from their 2nd
and 3rd
degree connections. Statistics shows that 40% of
active LinkedIn members check on their “Who View Your Profile” each time
they login to their accounts. That is not all. They also return the same visit to profile
pages of people showing up on their “Who View Your Profile.” Think about this
little secret. Maybe you visited and viewed the profiles of people who view your
own profile page in the last 24 hours.
I discussed the problem with a freelance programmer who uses similar
software to automate LinkedIn Connection Requests. I told him to include a
feature that can allow me to automate my visits to the profile pages of all people
that I have connections with. I want you to understand the magnitude of the work.
As the time I was writing this report, I had +13000 in connections as shown below.
I want to automate my visit to of the profile pages and the profiles of people that
will be connecting with me in the future.
For example, if I receive like 245 connections acceptance in a particular day,
the automated tool should visit all of them on my behalf and view their profiles.
What is the value of this exercise you may ask?
Statistics also shows that more than 40% of people who your 2nd
and 3rd
connections are likely to view your profile and also connect with you just because
you are showing up on the profile pages of your 1st
degree connections that
accepted your request to connect. In one particular day after the software was
launched, I asked it to pull out the statistics of those people that view my profile in
the previous day. To my surprise the statistics shows that more than 60% of the
people (24 out of 40 of people that visited my profile page) are in 2nd
and 3rd
degree
connections with me as shown below.
Using the advance search panel, of 678LinkedInGeominer, the tool will first visit
profile pages of those accepting my connection. Then extract both their emails and
LinkedIn ids follows:

The next stage is to send a thank you message to them for accepting my
request and asked them to download this eBook from my profile page. And
because I am showing up among people that visited their profile page, their own
2nd
and 3rd
degree connection will also visit my profile page.
What to do with mined details of your connections
Let’s says you have a list of L.I.O.N or Open Networkers that you
purchased or downloaded elsewhere in the past. After sending them email to
connect with you, and they’ve all accepted your invitations and became part of
your LinkedIn network (see Study Guide 2 on how to download +13k list of people
in my connection), your first challenge could be that you want to know how many
of them have interest in the same niche market you are interested in. Let us
assuming you want filter out people who are involved in online FOREX trading.
You can use 678LinkedInGeominer to revisit the profile pages of only those in
your connections who are involved in Online FOREX trading and from particular
GEO-LOCATIONS.
1. Geo-Segmentation of B2B leads with Automatic Tagging feature
Once I segmented my connections into different profiles, I will then use
678LinkedInGeoMiner’s Automate LinkedIn Message tagging feature to send
them relevant messages on FOREX and online trading that I want to share with
them. The message will be drop in their message box or send it to them as part of
my connection requests if they my 2nd
and 3rd
connections. The

2nd
and 3rd degree connections based on the tags that I created, and only make sure
only the right people coming from the specific location e.g. Johannesburg will

In the above example, I am not just interested in visiting all profiles but only
those of people who are involved in FOREX trading from specific Geographic
Location.
Depending on what you want to get out of LinkedIn, you can use
678LinkedInGeominer to do it for you. Instead of looking for FOREX traders it
could be that you are looking for employment from people in specific industries,
companies, and geographic locations. The same is true if you are looking to employ
people for specific tasks, freelancing, consultancies, resellers or part of your sales
force, etc. It is also very handy for those who are offering training/coaching courses
to specific people, businesses, in their own niche market who live in certain
geographic area.
First you build a generalised list from L.I.O.N lists or the ones you uploaded
by yourself from our 20 million Geodemographic data base. Once you have
sufficient connections you can then do further segmentations or profiles on your
connections.
Problem 2: recruiting non-technical traders/fund managers
I needed to build a pool of both technical and non-technical fund managers
to my crowd investing portal. The idea is to be matching fund managers with
people who have money to invest in FOREX and stock markets, but they (the
investors) do not have technical know-how on online investing. While it is not
difficult to extract technical traders/fund managers from LinkedIn with the
automated tool as most people usually states their nature of the work on their
profile page. However, this is not so, particularly when one is searching for
investors who are non-technical staff to invest or be copying trades of technical
fund managers.
After I have written the manuals and design the platform, the next logical
thing to do, is to use LinkedIn public feed to announce my intention to recruit
people. Such post should be shared in the public section in order to attract as many
people as possible who are looking for ways to earn extra income or start their
own online trading FOREX affiliate/ white-label and IB business. Here is a copy
of such post that I shared in the past on LinkedIn.

After the post has generated sufficient profile viewers, I will then use
678LinkedInGeominer to get their details and compile fresh target list of people
interested in crowd investing.
The list can then be used for further Geodemographic marketing in many
ways:
1. Asking 2nd
degree connections who view my feed but are not yet in my
connections to connect with me. This is done manually. I can also
automate the process using their LinkedIn ids, instead of emails.
2. Overcome the LinkedIn In-mail Limitations: 678LinkedInGeoMiner
will help you to overcome the In-mail limitations by allowing you to
automate LinkedIn process of sending a message along with a connection
request. The LinkedIn message can be personalized in-depth by including
the first name, company, location, and job title of the people you are
sending the message to. This helps you to achieve a LinkedIn connection
request acceptance rate of over 50% which is much better than any other
B2B leads platform. I can use this feature to remind people on the new
list about their interest in my Crowd Investing.
3. Unlimited Messaging to 1st Degree connection with Free LinkedIn

If you have sent out too many connection requests in the past, and many of
them are still pending, then you should remove them. This will not lead your
account being blocked but LinkedIn will ask you to enter Email Ids before sending

  • 4. By discussing the problem on LinkedIn we found the solution. After implementing the new solution, the number of people accepting my invitations to connect with them started to grow again, as you can see below:
  • 5. The first day after solving the problem of not able to upload file to LinkedIn, 103 new connections were automatically added to my network by LinkedIn on the 25th of April, 2017. These number excludes those that were requesting to connect with me. The second day, the number of connections automatically being added by LinkedIn to my network increased to 245. This is shown below.
  • 6. Ideally, LinkedIn advises that one should send a message to each person viewing your profile or you visit to view their profile. This requires that you have to visit each person that accepted your connection request. Many people do not follow through with this advice, and this remain one of the reasons why they are not growing their network super-fast like some of us. Doing this for few people like 10 new connections per day is possible. However, as soon as the number of your connections starts to grow daily, say from 100 to 500 people, it becomes difficult to visit every person’s profile page that accepted your connection request.
  • 7. Problem 1: How to automate my visits to profile pages of other people What is the logic behind my ambitions to be visiting other people’s profile page, you may ask. The more people viewing my profile page, the more visibility I will get from their 2nd and 3rd degree connections. Statistics shows that 40% of active LinkedIn members check on their “Who View Your Profile” each time they login to their accounts. That is not all. They also return the same visit to profile pages of people showing up on their “Who View Your Profile.” Think about this little secret. Maybe you visited and viewed the profiles of people who view your own profile page in the last 24 hours. I discussed the problem with a freelance programmer who uses similar software to automate LinkedIn Connection Requests. I told him to include a feature that can allow me to automate my visits to the profile pages of all people that I have connections with. I want you to understand the magnitude of the work. As the time I was writing this report, I had +13000 in connections as shown below. I want to automate my visit to of the profile pages and the profiles of people that will be connecting with me in the future.
  • 8. For example, if I receive like 245 connections acceptance in a particular day, the automated tool should visit all of them on my behalf and view their profiles. What is the value of this exercise you may ask? Statistics also shows that more than 40% of people who your 2nd and 3rd connections are likely to view your profile and also connect with you just because you are showing up on the profile pages of your 1st degree connections that accepted your request to connect. In one particular day after the software was launched, I asked it to pull out the statistics of those people that view my profile in the previous day. To my surprise the statistics shows that more than 60% of the
  • 9. people (24 out of 40 of people that visited my profile page) are in 2nd and 3rd degree connections with me as shown below. And because I am showing up among people that visited their profile page, their own 2nd and 3rd degree connection will also visit my profile page. What to do with mined details of your connections Let’s says you have a list of L.I.O.N or Open Networkers that you purchased or downloaded elsewhere in the past. After sending them email to connect with you, and they’ve all accepted your invitations and became part of your LinkedIn network (see Study Guide 2 on how to download +13k list of people in my connection), your first challenge could be that you want to know how many of them have interest in the same niche market you are interested in. Let us assuming you want filter out people who are involved in online FOREX trading. You can use 678LinkedInGeominer to revisit the profile pages of only those in your connections who are involved in Online FOREX trading and from particular GEO-LOCATIONS.

Geo-Segmentation of B2B leads with Automatic Tagging feature Once I segmented my connections into different profiles, I will then use 678LinkedInGeoMiner’s Automate LinkedIn Message tagging feature to send them relevant messages on FOREX and online trading that I want to share with them. The message will be drop in their message box or send it to them as part of my connection requests if they my 2nd and 3rd connections.   • 12. could be that you are looking for employment from people in specific industries, companies, and geographic locations. The same is true if you are looking to employ people for specific tasks, freelancing, consultancies, resellers or part of your sales force, etc. It is also very handy for those who are offering training/coaching courses to specific people, businesses, in their own niche market who live in certain geographic area. First you build a generalised list from L.I.O.N lists or the ones you uploaded by yourself from our 20 million Geodemographic data base. Once you have sufficient connections you can then do further segmentations or profiles on your connections. Problem 2: recruiting non-technical traders/fund managers I needed to build a pool of both technical and non-technical fund managers to my crowd investing portal. The idea is to be matching fund managers with people who have money to invest in FOREX and stock markets, but they (the investors) do not have technical know-how on online investing. While it is not difficult to extract technical traders/fund managers from LinkedIn with the automated tool as most people usually states their nature of the work on their profile page. However, this is not so, particularly when one is searching for investors who are non-technical staff to invest or be copying trades of technical fund managers. After I have written the manuals and design the platform, the next logical thing to do, is to use LinkedIn public feed to announce my intention to recruit people. Such post should be shared in the public section in order to attract as many people as possible who are looking for ways to earn extra income or start their

I can also automate the process using their LinkedIn ids, instead of emails. 2. Overcome the LinkedIn In-mail Limitations: 678LinkedInGeoMiner will help you to overcome the In-mail limitations by allowing you to automate LinkedIn process of sending a message along with a connection request. The LinkedIn message can be personalized in-depth by including the first name, company, location, and job title of the people you are sending the message to.
