- #3 So let me start with components of healthcare domain. So what are the components of healthcare domain?? I think we can broadly classified it into two; and they are; Show 1 and 2 The providers are those institutions or people who are providing healthcare services to the consumers. Examples for providers are; Show components of providers The consumer category is nothing but which includes the public, ie patients who need the healthcare services. Show patient slide. These are the main two categories of health domain. So whenever the consumers ie patients interact with their respective healthcare service providers, they are facing some problems. So our mission is to solve those problems in an innovative way. In our first version we are solving some problems of patients while visiting a diagnostic centers.

- #14 In order to provide online report and SMS alerting facility, one diagnostic center should spend huge amount of money as to develop its own website and to purchase and integrate SMS as well. As pick2heal has been developed using a centralized computing system, no need of own website for the diagnostic centers. They can save that money. The only payment one DC should made is for purchasing the SMS and the interesting thing is that, the SMS gas no validity period.
