• The reception module handles in-patient and out-patient registration and
admission, as well as online bed allocation. It can handle enquiries about the
patient's admission and discharge details, bed census, and the patient's
movements within the hospital. The system can also handle fixed-cost
package deals for patients.
Registration
• The wards module takes care of in-patient discharge, transfer and
housekeeping. It deals with the maintenance of the wards, inter- and intra-
ward transfers, temporary discharge slip generation, and preparation of the
discharge summary.
Wards
• This module enables the maintenance of investigation requests by the
patient and generation of test results for the various available services, such
as clinical pathology, X-ray and ultrasound tests. Requests can be made from
various points, including wards, billing, sample collection and the laboratory
receiving point. The laboratory module is integrated with the in-patient/ out-
patient registration, wards and billing modules.

This module caters to the needs of a full-fledged inventory management
system. It enables users to generate purchase requisitions, receive
quotations, make recommendations, generate purchase orders, and much
more. It allows queries to track stock balances, items below the safety stock,
items with due expiry date, excess stock of items, etc.

The billing module facilitates cashier and billing operations for different
categories of patients, and automatic posting of charges for different
services such as lab tests, medicines supplied, consulting fees, food and
beverage charges, etc. It enables credit party billing through integration with
the financial accounting module.
Billing
The pharmacy module deals with all medical items. Its activities include
generating indents, issues to patients, returns, updating daily stock positions,
stock adjustments, etc. It provides enquiry screens for viewing daily stock
positions.
Pharmacy

This module deals with operation theatre activities such as pre-anesthetic
check-ups, pre-anesthetic notes generation, recording anesthesia details,
maintaining the list of procedures for various operations, recording operation
details, and maintaining operation theatre schedules.
Operation Theater
The blood bank module provides information on the collection and storage of
blood, results of blood tests, cross-matching identifications, and transfusion
reactions. It also enables the maintenance of donor mailing lists and donation
ledgers.
Blood Bank
This module deals with cash/bank, receipts/payments, journal vouchers,
etc. Various books of accounts, such as cash book, bank book and ledgers,
can be generated and maintained using this module. It can also generate
trial balance, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
Financial Accounting

MODULES OFFERED
This module facilitates complete online storage of patients' medical records.
The complete history of a patient, along with diagnosis and prescription can be
maintained online. Doctors can raise lab test orders to the lab module and also
prescriptions to the pharmacy module. Users of the lab and pharmacy
modules can view these requests from their respective locations and provide
service to patients. The ICU monitoring chart helps the doctor to monitor the
hourly/daily update of vitals. The parameters and frequency of monitoring can
be decided for each patient. This helps the doctor to analyze the trend of the
vitals for a patient and aids in decision-making. Nurses, doctors and
consultants can enter progress notes of a patient, which are then available for
ready reference. Patient data can be analyzed on various parameters like
disease, procedure, age, sex, and duration of stay.

This module handles information related to allocation of doctors, nurses and
other staff on a shift-basis at different locations such as wards, operation
theatres, and the out-patient department
Duty Roster

This module enables scheduling of appointments for consulting, laboratory
tests and operations through an easy-to-use interface.
Appointment scheduling
This module deals with pay calculations, printing of salary slips, salary
certificates and PF statements, and enables a monthly analysis of these
operations.
Payroll
The personnel module deals with the maintenance of employee bio-data and
attendance/overtime details. It also generates reports on absenteeism, leave
encashment, etc.

This module automates the entire spectrum of activities of the Central Sterile
Supplies Department including details of instruments going for sterilization,
instruments sterilized, instruments supplied, and instruments received from
operation theatres/ wards. The system also facilitates procurement of items,
stitching of dressing sets. The autoclave register is maintained to record the
details of sterilization.
CSSD
This module facilitates collection of information regarding various diet routines
of patients and identifies the resources required to satisfy diet orders.
Depending on the diet orders and other requests from canteen, the kitchen
order plan can be prepared to decide the menu for the day. Analysis of the
consumption patterns helps in better and efficient management of the kitchen.
Diet & Kitchen
This is a fully integrated, multi user package for the complete automation
(Computerization) of in house operations of the Library. It is powerful and easy to use
system; highest consideration is given to accuracy and convenience to user.
Financial Accounting

This module facilitates keeping track of the life saving as well as the other state-of-
the-art technology equipment that are available in a hospital. It facilitates job
order/breakdown processing, preventive maintenance and general operations
thereby keeping this high-cost equipment in good condition. The annual
maintenance contracts of equipment can be managed through this module.
Equipment Maintenance
This module facilitates the maintenance of all documents relating to the patients
and departments in a hospital. The physical location of files, request for files
from departments, issue of files to individuals/departments can be maintained.
It enables prompt retrieval of files and helps in tracking the physical location of
files used in a hospital, including files of medico legal cases.
File Management
This module helps generate valuable and timely Management Information
Reports that facilitate better control of the Hospital affairs and enhance the
efficiency of day-to-day operations. Statements of consolidated daily /
periodical revenue, outstanding bills, bed occupancy and bed census are some
of the reports generated by this module.
