Presentation given at ECGBL 2019, sharing and emphasizing the already known idea of also using a mix of entertainment-oriented games with added goal-oriented elements, as a starting point for serious games. As well as finding ways to embed more non-digital-mediated elements (e.g. social elements and movements). Where we use a few student and commercial examples to show how this can take shape.
