My sister challenged my family to give up complaining and blaming for 21 days. The challenge reminded me of my 7-day negative thought fast, where you go 7 consecutive days without default negative thinking. This is all extremely challenging, but incredibly life-changing. Our objective – no matter what you want – is to align ourselves with our highest good. We do this by dissolving negativity and resetting ourselves to self-love.
Everybody has excuses. It is what you choose to view those excuses as that matters.Do you look at those excuses as ways to motivate yourself to find a solution? OR, do you stay stuck in those excuses and let them define you?
When you use your excuses as a crutch you will never accomplish your goals.
When you start to look at every hurdle and excuse as "what is my solution for this" things start to CHANGE.
It may be harder for you, it may take more time, it may be more challenging but there IS a solution for most excuses once you decide to find it.
YOU DECIDE.

Our 19th webinar focuses on four practical skills we can support and promote in children and young people in order to support them in becoming more emotionally and mentally resilient. We look at this particularly through the lens of the role of the school nurse, but these ideas could be readily adapted for use by anyone working with children and young people or who is a parent or carer.
The four key skills we consider are communication skills, problem solving skills, healthy coping skills and understanding emotions. We share practical ideas for developing each skill.
The session was developed and is led by Dr Pooky Knightsmith. You can see our full archive and access the slides to accompany this session here: http://www.inourhands.com/category/training-and-consultancy/online-learning/
You are welcome to share and screen this session however you choose in order to help promote children and young people's wellbeing.
7 steps to create your own fitness and diet planShibbirAhmed10
Ever wonder what makes a good abs? Do you think that only doing exercises will give you good abs? Or only the diet plan to gain abs or a fit body? In reality, both of these are important. You have to combine both of these and keep going with them with continuous effort. This is why it is said " Six-packs are made in the kitchen".
Discover and know the signs to discover and grow your passion. It will save you a lot of time and work when you know the signs of unleashing and growing your passion.
Whatever your priorities are, make sure to take care of them by the end of the day. The more your priorities are well taken care of, the lower your stress level.

The ultimate home workout plan how to get ripped with minimal equipment at ho...BHAVESHGODHWANI
This guide will help you to start a practical yet powerful home workout routine without spending a dime on fitness equipment or gym memberships.
This blueprint is jam-packed with tips to create a foolproof workout routine and a flexible diet plan that you can follow from your home to get maximum long-term health benefits.
There is one common mistake which many people make when they decide to improve their bodies. This mistake is to not begin with adequate preparation. The first, and most essential, step in preparing to embark on a home workout program is to have a complete health clearance from your physician.
The most important reason for this is you may have a medical problem which you do not know exists. There are many health conditions which can worsen from strenuous exercise; there are some which can even be fatal. While you want to work toward that perfect body, you surely do not want to take unnecessary chances with your health or your life.
An evaluation from your physician will allow you to see if you have any extraordinary risk factors. This kind of check-up, which will take very little time or cost, is well worth the benefits. A clean bill of health will give you peace of mind-- and the go-ahead for your home workout.
Stress has become part of life and anyone can experience a stressful situation in their lives. Sometimes, being a little stressed can be motivating and can tend to inspire individuals for accountable action but being exposed to it for a long period of time can disbalance the basic lifestyle of a person. Here we will explore the basic definition of stress, its impact on the human body, and ways to cope up with stress in your life in brief:
All I ask is that you take your time reading this book, take it all in at your own pace, and try not to get overwhelmed, as there are several ways you can do things when it comes to living a life with holistic wellness. There is no right or wrong way to think about what you feel you are most comfortable doing.
This is something I felt the need to share because of the times we are currently living in. Now being in my early sixties, and given time to reflect, I believe it will be helpful to the world.
All that’s left now is for you to go through this guide and decide what path you want to take, then give it a go!
My sincere prayer is that you will find this information helpful in giving you some clarity and an enlightening purpose for your life that will be beneficial to not only you, but your family and community as well.
Take 15 - 45 minutes to brain dump everything you can think of on a blank sheet of paper.
This is where you can first start to utilize the benefits of writing in your journal. Your journal is your private place to write down your thoughts to help organize your life, clear your head, and prioritize your thoughts and plan your life, before you go to your planner to schedule your day accordingly.
In particular, writing what you may have just dreamed about the night before. Start your day with the focus of an eagle by writing out everything that’s in your heart and mind.
Because we’re so busy with everything in life as a whole, we can get overwhelmed and stressed out. Brain dumping will help out greatly in this regard.
Because brain dumping clears your mind. Recording all of your thoughts and feelings someplace else allows you to get it out of your head, to stop thinking about it. The entire process also helps you determine which thoughts, feelings, and ideas are important and which ones you can let go of.
“Mental health” refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties.
Anyone can experience mental or emotional health problems — and over a lifetime, many of us will. I believe I read somewhere that one in five adults in the western world live with mental health or substance abuse problems.
Even if that is not precisely so, we can all agree that there are too many people who unfortunately experience these difficulties.
Here are 10 tips that can help you elevate your mood, become more resilient, and enjoy life more: make social connections; stay active; talk to someone; appeal to your senses; take up a relaxation practice; make leisure and contemplation a priority; talk to someone; Eat a brain-healthy diet to support strong mental health; don’t skimp on sleep; find purpose and meaning for your life; and get help if you need it.

2. We are discussing self-discipline this month and now
more than ever we feel it is an important topic for your
health and fitness.
Hopefully, self-discipline is something you learned as a kid
growing up. We believe that self-discipline is one of the
most vital skills you were taught.
If you have learned this lesson, you’ll reap the benefits
your entire life by reaching for and meeting your goals
more easily.
http://wendybottrell.com
3. Here are some of the benefits of a self-disciplined life:
1. You Won’t Be Impulsive
When you are able to control your own impulses, you tend
to make much better decisions because you’re willing to
stop and think before doing so. That means you’ll have
fewer things to be sorry about when it comes to your
health and fitness. You won’t skip your workouts; you
won’t quit because you don’t see immediate results; you
will make better food choices and you will get things done
because you won’t create unneeded drama caused by
impulsiveness.
http://wendybottrell.com
4. 2. You Know Your Priorities
A self-disciplined person is very aware of the priorities
they have each day. They are prepared and look over
everything in plenty of time to arrange their day to meet
those priorities.
We believe this makes life way less stressful because
discipline helps you to stay on track and practice creating
powerful habits.
http://wendybottrell.com
5. 3. You Will Meet Your Obligations or Goals
Let’s be clear. Meeting obligations and your goals feel
good. It’s not a downer or a drag on your life. When you
follow through and do something for your health and
fitness (or life) that is important, it feels good, and you
want to do it again.
http://wendybottrell.com
6. 4. Reduces Procrastination
Procrastination is really a symptom of a larger problem -
usually a lack of clarity in goals or a lack of confidence in
skills, imposter syndrome, or fear of success. When you
have self-discipline, you achieve your desired outcomes
because of the clarity in knowing what you must do for
your day. Be it making the desired food choices for your
long-term goals, getting in the workout for the day.
http://wendybottrell.com
7. 5. You Don’t Need Passion to Finish Projects
One of the biggest myths of life is that you should work or
do things when you feel like it. When passion strikes it is
the time to work out according to many.
However, this is not a good plan. You’re not going to feel
passion every single day. When you have self-discipline,
you tend to get it done regardless of your thoughts and
feelings. This is what I have experienced and the thing I
know for sure is once I get that workout done, I feel good
for two reasons: 1. I didn’t let myself down and 2. I
achieved my goal for the day and this practice helps me
get closer to the bigger long-term fitness and health goals
I have planned.
http://wendybottrell.com
8. 6. You’ll Be Much Healthier
If you follow the ideas we have already shared then your
health and fitness will move forward no matter what. Due
to not eating everything you see, not avoiding exercise,
and working hard instead of avoiding the work (which is
actually stressful), you’re going to be much healthier.
You’ll feel better physically and mentally because you’re
making better choices.
http://wendybottrell.com
9. 7. You’ll Sleep Better
We shared the importance of sleep last month. When you
get up at the same time each day, go to bed at the same
time each night, and eat right most days - as well as do
what you say you’ll do - you’ll sleep a lot better every
night.
http://wendybottrell.com
10. 8. You’ll Feel Less Guilt
When you follow through in life - whether it’s something
you promised to yourself or someone else, you feel less
guilt. You won’t have any reason to feel guilty due to your
good choices.
I feel this is one of the biggest issues we face today. We
don’t practice the follow-through. By not doing the things
you tell yourself it simply sets up bad thoughts.
