How II Navigate Inc. focuses on inspiring greatness through motivational speaking, 
performances, and lecture series. We also explore more effective methods that modernize tools 
and processes that inspire greatness, personal development, and consistency. Our hope is to 
create a practical road map that will help facilitate young leader’s growth to greatness. We offer 
scholarships, recommendation letters, community services hours, online courses, audio+ more!

The normal methods of companies and speakers offered to our audiences and leaders.

One Shot Motivational Speakers & Musical Performances 
Motivational speakers an performers offers dynamic one time events that inspires the 
audience until the end of the event when it is forgotten as audiences leave. Retention 
of applicable information is what is lacking and needed to make a life changing impact 
Informational Events & Speakers = No Relevant Action Plans 
Giving the information is good, but people have no real way of applying even relevant 
information. People need a simple road map or guideline that they can apply their 
specific lifestyle to that will inspire and growth and build confidence in planning. 
Do Not Facilitate Growth after Event & Invest The Extra Mile 
Speakers do not empower guests with tangible evidence of benefits and ways to test 
out methods discussed. If able to make a deep connection with guests, speakers do 
not offer ways to actively celebrate achievements in personal accomplishments
