1-directional plans.
Flexible, directed to certain points middle managerial level managers share
in planning for it ,some process need improvement or the urgently problems
which occur during daily activities e .g . Registration process in the
outpatient departments (use of electronic system).
2-single use plans .
delegation from higher managers to the responsible team (used to meet
particular or unique situation ) usually for achieving one target project with
new assigned task force office team to monitor the steps of construction .
3-specific plans .
Clearly define objectives , leave no room for creativity
This type ended with achieving of the objectives ,very precise and explain
the whole plan to the team and targets from it.
E .g .application of newly standards of infection control from how in all
cases of newly known viruses ,such as h1n1 ,corona virus .

1-short term plans.
(less than 1 year) include employees who involving in it.
This type of plans is simple , for non complicated daily routine , activities could
be part of strategic plan
E .g .establishment of new policy.
2 – long term plans.
(extended for 5 years 0)leaders ,managers planning for it.
Occurs with prolonged development projects ,which need extra time need
routinely meetings to evaluate the progression of targets e .g .establishment of
new department such as medical record department .
3-standing plans (ongoing) .
Appling the items of the ongoing plan ,not changed unless evaluated and many
problems take placed , in this case replanning and corrective action steps for
these problems to correct it.

Flexible, directed to certain points middle managerial level managers share in planning for it ,some process need improvement or the urgently problems which occur during daily activities e .g . Registration process in the outpatient departments (use of electronic system). 2-single use plans . delegation from higher managers to the responsible team (used to meet particular or unique situation ) usually for achieving one target project with new assigned task force office team to monitor the steps of construction . 3-specific plans . Clearly define objectives , leave no room for creativity This type ended with achieving of the objectives ,very precise and explain the whole plan to the team and targets from it. (extended for 5 years 0)leaders ,managers planning for it. Occurs with prolonged development projects ,which need extra time need routinely meetings to evaluate the progression of targets e .g .establishment of new department such as medical record department . 3-standing plans (ongoing) .
