3. Objective
 Simplify the process of finding a home.
 Those who are new to the city faces housing
problems.
 Landlords do not want to rent bachelor houses.
 Find a home within your budget in your
selected area.
 Landlords will be able to give free ads to their
vacant homes.

 Human life has become dependent on science and
technology.
 They want technology to make their lives easier.
 One of the major problems in our country is the housing
problem.
 Finding a home is also a hassle in this town.
 We are trying to make a web application where everyone
can easily find their home.

5. Literature Review

 They prepared questionnaires and submitted them to a number of rental
house managers and gathered information from them.
 Manually all this work with a lot of paper work involved.
 Easily get damaged or get lost leading to loss of data.
 Getting a certain file to check data from many files becomes a difficult
task.
 They decided to develop a rental house management system that can
solve all the problems experienced with the current manual system.

this site.
 We also plan to offer our service outside the city.

With this project, those who are looking for a new home
can easily use it to find a home. If there is any leakage
then it will be updated.
