All matters have a Main Status
Indicates where in the collections/trace/legal process the current matter is
For example:
New Instruction
Payment Arrangement
Demand Process
Summons Process
External Trace
Sub-statuses provide more information about the matter Main Status
For example
Broken PTP  No payment received
Payment Arrangement  PTP in effect or PTP Honoured
Demand Process  LoD created or Return of Service / Non-service
Summons Process  Summons to Court or Summons granted
Last wrap-up code selected by a user after a call

A matter in Excalibur contains details about the:
• Customer (contact details / addresses / other parties involved)
• Debt (handover and balance amounts / interest / fees / statement)
• Payment Arrangement details (payment frequency / dates / amounts)
Create and manage reminders
Diary Administration
Users with relevant rights may:
• View diary entries for selected user
• Edit / update / delete individual diary
entries or in bulk
• Move diary entries to other users
Reminders will pop up
at the selected time

• Customers send Whats Apps which are received in Excalibur
• Once a matter is attached to the chat, agents can upload documents,
receive documents and make an arrangement in FutureChat

• Maintains system security when they are
not at their desks
• Log in and break times are reportable
