This document provides information about Maxis Fibre internet installation processes for different property types, including: 1) Standard installation for single dwelling units includes 15m of fibre cable from the FTB to ONT. Non-standard installations may require additional cabling and charges. 2) Installations for high-rise properties involve routing fibre from the FDP to the riser room and individual units. 3) Installations for shops and commercial lots involve routing fibre from the FDP to individual units. Diagrams illustrate cable routing and equipment for different property types.

There are many possible scenarios during installation:
• Not blocked (underground installation from PDP to FTB)
• Blocked without Local Authority Permit (e.g blocked by renovation done by customer)
• Blocked with required Local Authority Permit (e.g. requires Local Authority scheduling)
• Blocked within customer’s premise (surface cabling)
On installation day, the installer will make an inspection and provide a sketch of the cable route.
With your consensus, the installer will proceed with the installation.
