The hiring manager then has the ability to view profiles, provide a customizable rating and add feedback regarding the potential candidates. - 18. Talent Pipeline Talent Pipelineenables recruiters to connect the names on a résumé to their LinkedIn profiles. These posting are displayed on the suitable members profile page under ‘Jobs You May Be Interested In’, on Hong Kong CSL LinkedIn Career Page and emailed to relevant members on a regular bases. • By placing all Hong Kong CSL jobs on LinkedIn it will increase the visibility of your jobs and increase potential referrals as employees, and ex-employees, can forward positions to candidates they believe will be suitable.
