- There are allways much more services that people WOULD-LIKE-TO-HAVE than there are public resources to provide the services.
- Sector is in the beginning, but there are few venture backed startups We do have competition, actually we use the service of one of our competitors -> we work closer to the cities that See Click Fix We work closer to the citizens (not consumers) than UserVoice and Get Satisfaction We do continuous development and spreading of the format unlike RadFalle and Mysociety
