Position: Educational Advisor for Military-Veterans Programs & Adjunct Professor, Psychology and
Enhancing Student Success (ESS) /November 2013 - Present
Contributions:
 Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of veteran-students educational
services/programs focused on personal development through academic progression and degree
attainment. Process focused on creating an educational Crosswalk that targets veteran students,
assessing military experience and transferring that experience into college credit per Washington
State Substitute Senate Bill 5969.
 Act as liaison to divisional deans/executives within the redevelopment of current academic advising
model, developing an intrusive advising model that utilizes CRM data development within a guided
pathway educational structure.
 Served on both the executive institutional effectiveness committee and the program/system
evaluation team, providing key guidance in the redevelopment of current educational programs in
relation to learning objective effectiveness and efficiency.

Position: Senior Logistical Operations Planner - Manager / January 2011 - November 2013

 Spearheaded the completion of all organizational tasks, including program and training
development, quantitative organizational efficiency trackers, and quantitative customer account
management processes; resulting in reduction of operational failure from 30% to less than 0%,
within a budget reduction period that limited department personnel within a high tempo, high stress
environment.
 Selected to develop and lead a multi-divisional team within the organizational restructuring of a
debilitating government supply processing center; utilizing analytical problem analysis to not only
effectively reduce the department operational budget by 25%, but also drastically decrease a product
loss deficit of $4.6M to $300,000 in less than 6 months.
 Served as an executive member of a team, coordinating the cross-continental logistical movement of
over 3,500 military and civilian personnel and $1.5B in government equipment; effectively
removing redundant practices that resulted in a seamless logistical transition with 0% reported
operational stoppage.

commanders appropriately resourced information within large scale military operational planning.
