minerals.
Willowherb tea:
• strengthens our immune system,

3. Absinth

Absinth is bitter and it is widely used in
national medicine:
• to treat digestion and respiratory
system illnesses,
• as a remedy for human parasites,
• for various infectious diseases,
• to heal wounds, bruises and sprains.

4. Thyme
(Lat. Thymus serpyllum, Eng. Thyme, Ger. Thymian)
Thyme is one of the most popular culinary
herbs. It contains thymol, an antiseptic and
is rich in oils.
Thyme tea:
• treats various respiratory diseases such as
bronchitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, cold and
cough;
• has antibacterial, antispasmodic, diuretic,
calming and many other properties
• treats skin diseases.

5. Lime
(Lat. Tilia, Eng. Lime Tree Blossom, Ger. Linden)
Aromatic oil found in the flowers
which acts as antioxidants. The plant
also contains tannins. Lime blossoms
are widely used in culinary and
cosmetology.
Lime tree blossom tea is used:
• to treat cold,
• to reduce body temperature,
• to eject urine and sweat from the
body,
• to restore liver,
• To reduce headaches and some
migraines.
