This document introduces an herbal sprinkler that was developed and standardized. It contains dried amla powder, dehydrated mint powder, and pepper powder mixed in different ratios. The objectives were to formulate and standardize the herbal sprinklers and determine acceptability. Three samples were prepared and evaluated by 15 panelists using a hedonic scale. Sample C, with ratios of 6.6g amla, 6.6g mint and 6.6g pepper, received the highest mean score of 3.8 for overall acceptability. The conclusion is that small amounts of herbs and spices provide health benefits and herbal sprinklers can offer stress relief as part of a healthy diet.
