We’re all busy—and it’s a common theme in most professional workplaces—with people trying to get more done with finite time and resources. For a lot of firms today, a major challenge is making sure we’re spending our precious time making the most of every business opportunity by maximizing client relationships. Marketing & BD teams need to know if they’re focusing on the opportunities, RFI’s and RFP’s with the best potential; that they are managing their firm pipeline effectively; and they are giving everyone on the team the best tools for the job—wherever they are.
That’s why firms today are focused on creating great client relationships – they need to try to reduce complexity and make it easier to maximize opportunities, provide excellent client experiences, and grow the firm.
Why should a legal or accounting firm care? Because client experience and knowledge is increasingly important for firms of all sizes – across all client interactions.
Client experience…
…is what differentiates your firm
…is how you win and keep clients for the long-term
…is how you grow your firm …and in a world where clients are mobile and social, your reputation (& brand) is more important than ever.
Today you don’t have as many contact points as you used to have, and you have to make every one count. To thrive in this ultra-competitive environment firms of all sizes have to make client experience a priority. That is why you need Dynamics 365 and xRM! Salesforce Case Management with Canadian Cancer Society, Salesforce.org, and ...Heller Consulting
Case management can be used as a specific term, but in the most basic sense it simply describes a process: information comes into a system, it gets processed in some way, and then something happens as a result. This simple process can be used and extended in a variety of ways to help a nonprofit organization deliver its mission and achieve its goals. From internal help desk tickets and support issues to managing customer requests or even grant applications, case management techniques and processes can streamline interactions between constituents and staff to provide a smooth and trackable experience from beginning to end.
Join us July 26 for this in-depth webinar where we will show how the Canadian Cancer Society in Saskatchewan utilized the case management functionality of Salesforce in their multi-channels engagement center to manage calls, emails, social connections, fundraising coaching and more. We’ll also discuss how they utilized cases in their financial assistance program and to provide an effective and efficient way to manage one of the more complex and time-consuming processes in their program. The Society was able to leverage the power of cases to enable and track service delivery and ensure the goals of the program were being met.
In this webinar, Salesforce.org, the Canadian Cancer Society in Saskatchewan and Heller Consulting show what’s possible with case management in Salesforce. At the end, you’ll walk away with new ideas on how to leverage this functionality for your own organization.
Key Takeaways:
- Live demo of case management in Salesforce
- Learn how the Canadian Cancer Society built one of its cancer support programs by leveraging case management functionality
- Learn how the Society implemented a multi-channel engagement centre with cases as a key solution component
- We’ll share tips and best practices on case management and how you can increase the effectiveness of your programs
You can also receive Supporting a Strategy with Salesforce Cases, a detailed look at how to utilize the power of Salesforce Cases in a variety of ways across an organization.

Fundraising management is the cornerstone of Salesforce1 for Nonprofits. Recognizing that organizations will have different needs depending on how much fundraising they do and what fundraising approaches they use, the Salesforce Foundation recommends implementing one of two donor management applications as part of your Salesforce1 for Nonprofits environment: the Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP) or NGO Connect. The Nonprofit Starter Pack and NGO Connect are very different applications that are intended for different markets.
Marketing Automation for Nonprofits - Heller ConsultingHeller Consulting
Nonprofit supporters are looking for more and more personalized ways to support the missions they love. And nonprofits are realizing that it’s time to take the plunge to deliver deeper relationships through sophisticated constituent relationship management systems, access to big data, robust dashboards, relevant and inspirational content, and the latest and greatest that marketing technology has to offer. In fact, when it comes to email marketing, digital fundraising, advocacy and acquisition, it’s no surprise that marketing automation technology is at the top of many nonprofit’s wish lists. But where do you start? Heller Digital’s forthcoming paper is designed to give you helpful tips how to take on marketing automation and learn from nonprofit pioneers who have already blazed the trail. We conducted interviews with leading organizations and gathered insights on how to approach a new marketing automation effort, what to look out for, and how to make the most of this technology (without tearing your hair out)
Failure to engage with constituents results in a loss of connection, dollars, and goodwill. A strong CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) system, encompassing business processes, engagement strategy, and technology, is crucial for connecting with constituents when they are ready to respond to your requests. When you align these elements, constituents feel that you are working with them towards a common goal, prompting deeper commitment and higher response rates.
So where do you start?
- Start with a vision
- Develop your engagement strategy
- Break down the silos
- Consider marketing automation
- Measure, test, and rely on your data

Up the Ratios is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap in STEM education for underprivileged students by providing free, high-quality learning opportunities in robotics and other STEM fields. Our mission is to empower the next generation of innovators, thinkers, and problem-solvers by offering a range of educational programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
At Up the Ratios, we believe that every student, regardless of their socio-economic background, should have access to the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in today's technology-driven world. To achieve this, we host a variety of free classes, workshops, summer camps, and live lectures tailored to students from underserved communities. Our programs are designed to be engaging and hands-on, allowing students to explore the exciting world of robotics and STEM through practical, real-world applications.
Our free classes cover fundamental concepts in robotics, coding, and engineering, providing students with a strong foundation in these critical areas. Through our interactive workshops, students can dive deeper into specific topics, working on projects that challenge them to apply what they've learned and think creatively. Our summer camps offer an immersive experience where students can collaborate on larger projects, develop their teamwork skills, and gain confidence in their abilities.
In addition to our local programs, Up the Ratios is committed to making a global impact. We take donations of new and gently used robotics parts, which we then distribute to students and educational institutions in other countries. These donations help ensure that young learners worldwide have the resources they need to explore and excel in STEM fields. By supporting education in this way, we aim to nurture a global community of future leaders and innovators.
Our live lectures feature guest speakers from various STEM disciplines, including engineers, scientists, and industry professionals who share their knowledge and experiences with our students. These lectures provide valuable insights into potential career paths and inspire students to pursue their passions in STEM.
Up the Ratios relies on the generosity of donors and volunteers to continue our work. Contributions of time, expertise, and financial support are crucial to sustaining our programs and expanding our reach. Whether you're an individual passionate about education, a professional in the STEM field, or a company looking to give back to the community, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference.
We are proud of the positive impact we've had on the lives of countless students, many of whom have gone on to pursue higher education and careers in STEM.
