I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and excel at public service where I have extensive
understanding and experience working the public counter facilitating complex application processes
thus slashing time needed by the professional staff needed away from their desk to assist the public.
The Environmental Health Division, Resource Management Agency, operated with exceeding
efficiency as I was able to conduct much of the documentation necessary with explanation of program
requirements and governmental procedures before the professional staff was required to review
applications for submission. The division proudly held me in this prominent position for 8+ years.
