A.I.D.E. system; makes decision to approve, decline, modify, or postpone disability and payroll
life applications
 Routes more complex applications to underwriter or supervisor for evaluation; communicates
underwriting decisions to field force, accounts, applicants, and/or internal departments;
researches and responds to customer requests, and inquiries; handles beeline requests; assist
underwriting support staff as necessary
COMPUTER SKILLS
 Compiles data and performs tasks to relieve underwriter of administrative details using
knowledge of underwriting and policy issuing procedures; maintains related files
 Performs other related duties as required
