Vegetable + Fruit salad Things we need Fruits Vegetables 1 knife 2 bowls Juices 1 spoon First use the knife and cut the fruits and vegetable. After cutting them put the fruits and veggie in a bowl . Later, put a little bit of juice if you want to. Then use a spoon and mix inside the bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge 35mins You can eat it .
Fresh Orange Juice 2-3 oranges A knife A chopping board A strainer A jug  A glass A lemon squeezer 1 teaspoon of sugar Cut the oranges into half. Place a half of orange in the squeezer Gently push and twist the orange until no more juice come out. Strain the juice into a jug. If there is a lot of people in your class bring more oranges. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar
Fresh Fruit Platter What You Need 1 Mango 1 papaya 200 grams of fresh lychee’s or canned if you can’t find fresh lychee’s. Vegetable peeler Teaspoon  Knife  Cut the mango lengthways and cut of the skin . Cut the papaya in half. Using a teaspoon scoop out the seeds. With a vegetable peeler peel of the skin of the papaya. Cut the fruit crossways into thin slices. Using a sharp knife/thumbnail lift a little of the skin of the lychee, then peel them completely. Cut them in half to remove the seed. Arrange all the fruits on a large plate. Finally serve them slightly chilled.

Ingredients: ½ cup of plain wholemeal flour. 2/3rds of a cup of wholemeal self raising flour. 2/3 cup of caster sugar. ¼ of a teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 large ripe banana, mashed. ½ of coarsely grated green apple. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. Half a cup of oil ¾ quarters of a cup of buttermilk 1 preheat oven to moderate 180c. Brush melted butter or oil into 12 1/3 cup capacity muffin cups.  2 place flours, sugar and nutmeg into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in centre; add fruit. Combine eggs, oil and butter milk in a bowl or jug. pour all at once into dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir for 1 minute or until ingredients are just combined; do not over beat. 3 spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins, filling two thirds full. Bake for twenty five minutes or until puffed and lightly golden. Turn on to wire rack to cool.

Looking after your body by exercising regularly, eating well, getting regular sleep and reducing stress can make you feel good. Feeling good about yourself can affect the way you think and feel. It can give you the confidence to help you to achieve what you want in life.

Bobbing the Apples Equipment: A big tub or big round bucket Lots of apples A head or a person An apron or a smock towel How to play: First you fill the tub/big round bucket with water. Then you drop the apples in.  Next you ask someone to dip their head in and try to get an apple with their teeth. Finally wipe your head with a towel or else you might get a cold.

Exercise  Exercise is the main thing that we need to keep our health in good condition. games like football are good cause they involve your legs and your heart. but things like shooting water guns only involves your finger.
What is being healthy Keeping a yourself healthy emotionally, physically, and spiritually will help you build develop a happy, productive life.  Studies were done and it was found that people who volunteer, go to church, or belong to a club are more likely to have better health than people who don't engage in  social activities on a routine basis.
