nongovernmental organizations have
made big efforts in healthy lifestyle
and health promotion.

more each day

Use stairs and avoid lift
Do mini exercises
Do cycling or swimming
2. Choose water as a drink
Drink 8 glasses per day
Preferably go for mineral water
Water is a healthy drink than others
Keep us from thirsty
3. Eat vegetables and fruits
Provide essential vitamins, minerals and
other nutrients, such as antioxidants and
fiber.
Protect against cancer and other diseases.
Help you maintain good health
Low calorie and low-fat

but false, appetite. It is equally possible to
cultivate moderation and be satisfied with
only enough food to meet your needs.

chemicals, giving your mood a natural boost.
