This document summarizes the work experience of an individual as the Customer Service Manager for HD Supply - Creative Touch Interiors from May 1994 to June 2010. Some of their key responsibilities included creating order processing procedures for countertop sales, developing marketing and bidding programs, implementing order entry systems, managing department reports, and leading teams to develop lot tracking and sample delivery protocols. They also trained staff on new processes and procedures and managed changes to department systems.

 Office and building manager.
 Directly responsible for creating the procedures for the order processing map relating to the countertop
department.
 Team lead with the IT team that created the order entry program.
 Created the bidding process.
 Created the marketing program for countertop sales.
 Created and implemented the bid submittal forms.
 Technical writer for the training manuals relating to countertop sales and order processing.
 Defined and created service level agreements for internal and external customer fulfillment.
 Responsible for creation and implementation of dual order entry systems (FMS and SAP).
 Department manager for scheduling initial work orders, service orders, order completion and invoicing.
 Manage report analysis for; billing, job completion, installer payments, dispatch, unconfirmed, keyed but
no start date, financials.
 Selected as an SAP superuserand Home-star process consultant during CTI’s transition change to SAP.
 Procurement manager for office and factory supplies.
 On-site lead for security alarms and loss prevention systems.
 Created and implemented the lot tracking Department per the request of the Director of Operations.
 Team lead with the IT team that created the lot tracking protocol and systemprogram.
 Created the One Time Only Process for customers that did not have accounts with CTI.
 Trained Sales and staff on the new process and procedures.
 Ensures that builders we all set up with samples and coordinated the deliveries schedule.
 Developed and implementing a department that would service builders and customers with samples and
racks to sell their products in their design Centers.
 Re-name and re-label our private label samples. I was asked to come up with the names.
 Change agent for department process changes and repairs to the systemincluding training the new
processes to the team (Departments include: Window coverings,Countertops,Supply Expo, and Lot
tracking).
