- 4. App Logo The app logo is a displayed next to the podcast icon. I have displayed it on an iPhone screen to show what it would look like if it was on a users phone. This also shows a display of the logo in the actual size that it would be viewed in. The icon has a paper texture background, a picture of the York minter with a red banner displayed around it which display the title of the project.
- 5. App Title Page • This page will display once the user taps on the icon from the home screen. This is the main title screen for the app. It is similarly to the app logo, however this version shows realistic characteristic to try resemble a real map. The page will open as if it were a map were to open.
- 6. Loading page • This page is the theoretical loading page to allow the app to load. It has the icon marauders slogan of “I solemnly swear that I am up to no good” which is said to gain access to the map. In the app concept, the feet move just like they do in the film. It is shown here in this video of how I achieved this.
- 7. Options Page • This page shows the two functions of the app. We have the map page and then the upload page. If you click one of the titles, it will take you to the screen.
- 8. York Marauders Map • This was the man idea of the app. It is an inspired version of the Marauders Map from the Harry Potter books and films but adjusted to fit York's descriptions with some familiar icons to show where tourist locations are. The locations are all matched up to an attraction that could be linked to harry potter in some way. For example, the Weasley logo is for the York shambles which is supposedly inspiration for Diagion Ally.
- 9. Example page • I want the app to be educational and fun for al harry potter fans. When you arrive at a location and then click the logo, it will appear with some sort of fact. This will be linked to York and Harry Potter.
- 10. Upload page • This will just act as a the standard photo screen that would be on the users phone. When the photo is taken, it will come up with a question to ask the user if they want to use that photo.
