4. The mechanism of home health services:
The first step starts by receiving referral from doctor or hospital or family member. Each
patient will open a file in the center then he will be visited by the in charge doctor to evaluate
the case and point out the all his needs. Then the doctor will setup a treatment plan after
getting all approvals from medical insurance company depending on the patient condition,
diagnosis and needs.
After finishing the administrative procedures a medical team will be chosen to provide the
service. The doctor will do a periodical visits for the patient to follow-up the case and any
progression or modifications needed in the treatment plan.
