5.Theoretical Framework:
5.1 Literature Review:
The purpose of this literature review is to primarily gather and list key resources and available
materials on issues surrounding the topic of affordable housing construction for the SouthWest region of Bangladesh. This report has been created to provide only an overview of the
related topics, to inform and support the development of an on-line resource to provide
informative reviews of relevant information and lessons learnt. This document primarily
focuses on identifying key resources relevant to housing in Bangladesh, its current and future
threats and lessons learnt from recent re-construction programmers. It has been broken down
into topics identified as providing important reference notes and a greater understanding for
any shelter practitioner or organization supporting housing construction within this context. It
does not attempt to analyze these topics in great detail as many of these issues are technical in
content, instead it provides guidance on where to find the most relevant resources.
2.A provides an introduction to some of the current challenges facing Bangladesh and some of
the agency programmers set up to help support its adaptation to these changes.
2.B explores some of the methods of approaching housing reconstruction, focusing in particular
on the more participatory, community driven support.
2.C provides a summary of some of the recent changes in the vernacular and settlement
patterns in rural Bangladesh.
2.D is concerned with exemplifying the wealth of information that is available from previous
reconstruction programmers’ and lessons learnt.
3. 2.E provides resources an overview of some of the possible discussions in relation to selections
of appropriate materials and technology.
It is hoped that this review will be developed and revised throughout the research project it has been
developed to support.
5.2Research Methods:
Research can be classified in many different ways on the basis of the methodology of research. The
knowledge it creates , the user group, the research problem it investigates etc.
5.2.1 Primary Research:
Primary research is the process of gathering information directly from individual who have access to it.
Unlike secondary research, primary research dose not focus on published information. Primary research
sources could include competitor employees and former employees, competitor vendors and suppliers,
competitor clients and customers, etc. while primary research can address questions about past and
current activity, the goal is to learn about what the competitor is going; what are the intentions and
plans of the company.
5.2.2 Secondary Research:
Secondary research is research that is carried out with already existing data. It uses materials as books,
magazines, journals, newspapers among others. Here, the researcher needs not go on the ground since
all the information collected has been documented already. Secondary research is a method of
collecting data that has already been gathered by someone else. It is a technique used when performing
marketing research. It is a useful methods as it allows the researcher to identify a new topic rather than
one that has exhaustively been researched. My all information has been collected from secondary
research.
5.2.3Quantitative Research:
Quantitative Research aims to measure the quantity or amount and compares it with Past records and
tries to project for future period. In social sciences, “quantitative Research refers to the systematic
empirical investigation properties and phenomena and their relationships. The objective of quantitative
research is to develop and employ mathematical models theories or hypothesis pertaining to
phenomena.
4. 5.2.4Qualitative Research:
Qualitative research presents non-qualitative type of analysis. Qualitative research is collecting,
analyzing and interpreting data by observing what people do and say. Qualitative research refers to the
meanings, definitions, characteristics, symbols, metaphors, and description of things. Qualitative
research is much more subjective and uses very different methods of collecting information, mainly
individual, in-depth interviews and focus groups.
5.3 Data collection Methods:
The study is performed based on the information extracted from different sources
collected by using a specific methodology. This report is analytical in nature. The all
information do not primary research. My all information has been collected from secondary
research. secondary information has been collected from various reports, notes, internet.
5.4 Data Analysis:
After collecting data I will analysis-:
To promote and develop hotel services.
To develop our hotel business.
Knowing well student about hotel.
Many people interested for hotel job.
Many hotel or, employee does understand what is his lacking.
Many services problem will be solve this project.
5.5 Recommendation:
Though Bangladesh is an ideal land for the tourists but much is yet to be done to develop tourism in
Bangladesh. From tourism, Bangladesh earns a negligible amount not worthy of being mentioned. But
this sector can turn into one of the major revenue and foreign exchange earning source in our economy.
But for that the development of tourism industry its infrastructure facilities must be ensured. New sights
and tourist spots should be created, as well existing sites should maintain with effectiveness. Because of
ineffective maintenance facilities tourists do not want to visit in Bangladesh. Hotel is one of the most
important side of tourism. So hotel services are very important for tourism. So I want to research by
hotels in Bangladesh.

7.Limitation:
Lack Time: The time period for this study was very short. I had only # weeks in my hand to
complete this proposal, which was not enough. So I could not depth analysis.
Money problem
Insufficient date: Some desired information could not be collect to die to
confidentiality.
6.
Other limitation: I was a single person who collected all data. But my opinion is should be a
group study. So it was very much difficult for me to gather collect all information.
8. Delimitations:
I will work only Hotels in Bangladesh. Not others area.
