3. - spinners are given a number
(corresponding to their position on the
carousel) so as to facilitate their positioning and
detection of hardware issue.
- please respect the laboratory color code
for the cap when you use the automation mode
in order to minimize loss of samples.

4. - Do not use broken tube, too short (
smaller than18 cm ), with too much parafilm
strapped to it, or Young tubes which may not
be taken properly by the clamp. (Young tubes
should be run on the AV300 machine, in
routine mode or on the 400/500 machines, by
CCRMN staff)
- Adjust the position of the sample in the
spinner with the calibrator and put them in
the chosen rank on the carousel before going
any further.

5. Programm an analysis (1)
- Click on « Change user », then choose your laboratory.
6. Programm an analysis (2)
- Select an available position and specify these informations : Name , Solvent, Experiment .
7. Programm an analysis (3)
- Ensure that you are connected to your own laboratory by checking the « User » column.
- You can know when your analyses will start by looking at the « start time » column.
8. Programm an analysis (4)
- After having controlled everything (height of your sample, calibration, correct position of the spinner
on the carousel, experiment you want to run … ) you can click on « submit ».
9. How to get your sample and data back
- Wait for the clamp to be completely up and closed before taking your sample back from the carousel.
- You can click on « Delete » to free this position for next user.
