7. Insertion of the sample
1) Wait until the « Insert Sample » instruction is
displayed and then leave your sample on the
gaz flow
2) Click on [ OK ] as soon as your sample is left
8. Sample Identification
1) Write the name of your sample in the
field « name » (no space, + or * in
the sample name)
2) State the rank of the current
experiment in the field « N° »
3) Click on [ Continue ]
9. Description of the experiment
Choose your solvent from the
« solvent» list
10. Description of the experiment
1) Select experiment you want to run
from the « Experiment » list
2) Click on [ OK ] or [ Continue ]
12. Steps of the analysis
You can be aware of the current task of the spectrometer by
looking up in the window: First ATMA, LOCK, SHIM, Receiver
gain calculation, then data acquisition, and finally data
processing
13. During acquisition
-Click on [ Spectrum ] to view the
spectrum of your sample after the
number of scans done so far
-Click on [ Halt ] if you wish to stop
the experiment and keep the data built
up until then
14. Run a second analysis
-Click on [ Use Same/Continue ] to run a
second analysis if you are satisfied by lock
and shim from the 1rst experiement
-In the case of a second sample to analyse
or of a problem with lock/shim process,
click on [ Insert New Sample ]
15. Sample recovery
1) Click on [ Eject + Terminate ] at the
end of your analyses
2) Wait for the authorization message
« Remove Sample » before taking it back
3) Click on [ OK ]
