This paper introduces new separation axioms—semi*-regular, semi*-normal, s*-regular, and s**-normal—using semi*-open sets, and investigates their properties and relationships to existing axioms. It defines concepts like generalized closed and open sets, as well as semi*-closed and semi*-open sets, laying a foundation for higher separation axioms in topology. The results illustrate the classification and analysis of topological spaces based on these innovative principles.
