A unidade curricular de Empreendedorismo e Gestão de Projetos do Curso de Licenciatura em Educação Ambiental visa (i) reconhecer no aluno a necessidade de um espírito empreendedor adquirindo competências para elaborar um plano de negócio no campo da educação ambiental; (ii) utilizar um conjunto de técnicas e ferramentas vocacionadas para o apoio à geração de ideias; (ii) explorar as principais formas de planeamento e controlo de projetos no âmbito da Educação Ambiental.
Após adquirirem ou melhorarem as competências essenciais de empreendedorismo e conhecerem os instrumentos para gerarem e descreverem um modelo de negócio, os alunos são desafiados a gerar ideias criativas, inovadoras, viáveis e sustentáveis financeira e ambientalmente. Para tal, são importantes os conhecimentos ao nível dos estudos de mercado, aspetos legais e outras formalidades no processo de criação de uma empresa, bem como os modelos de financiamento e outros incentivos para facilitar a geração de modelos de negócio. Não menos importantes, são os aspetos relacionados com a gestão de projetos, nomeadamente a integração de subprojetos, gestão do âmbito, gestão do tempo, gestão do custo, gestão da qualidade, gestão da comunicação, gestão de recursos humanos, gestão do risco e gestão de aquisições.
Em termos genéricos, os grupos de trabalho recorreram ao processo criativo Walt Disney com vista a explorar a ideia de negócio a partir de vários pontos de vista complementares. Finalmente, sugere-se a utilização do Business Model Canvas proposto por Alexander Osterwalder. Finalmente, para descrever os modelos de negócio foram preenchidos os modelos word e excel do IAPMEI (Agência para a Competitividade e Inovação).

Today, consumer experience has advanced leaps and bounds because of modern technology and people’s lifestyles. With the advent of social communication, mobile devices and a multitude of easily available and accessible apps, consumers today expect highly flexible, user-friendly, quick and agile services from enterprises. Enterprises need to meet these high expectations if they are to remain competitive. More importantly, they should also revisit their technology to see whether they are better equipped to provide such services.
Putting together a new enterprise architecture is hard. Dissecting an existing enterprise architecture and putting it back together with the necessary parts is even harder. The objective of this workshop is to identify the main pillars that are needed to build such an enterprise architecture. It will also explore how WSO2 can help you do so.
