plastic injection mold in ShenZhen, China, established at 2008 with 2000 squares
workshop, our team are about 80 workers.
2、our president Rocky Lee, he has been in mold business over 15 years and he was a
mold designer&project manager in another mold company, and there is no problem to
communicate with customer in English, at 2008 , he established PMP MOLD, he was
very professional mold engineer,also a experienced mold exported business man, those
as above can be as some advantages for us.
3、The Main customers of PMP MOLD are from Europe、South Africa、Russia、India、
North America、Brazil, middle East. we sales amount was about 4 Millions USD in 2015
and produced 400 sets of molds,70% for plastic injection molds and 30% for Die Casting.
4、We can produce the Maximum mold is 2 meters,about 10 tons. As usual, the delivery
time are 30days to 50 days, the small and middle size molds are about 30 days，the big
mold need about 50days.

parts、home appliance、medical instruments,also for the parts of electronic products.also

7、We purchased a series precision mold processing machines that are from CNC、EDM、
Wire Cut 、Gringding & Milling、QC equipment、Injection machine、Lifting equipment to
Clamping machine.like Sodick CNC、Takumi 、CHARMILLE Mirror ect, we keep using
the high precision machine to promote our processing and also to decrease the cost and
increase efficiency and qualities.

Product Design，we give a specially introduction about our injection molding business to
you,we have 9 Injection Machines from 50T-350T,Put Machine Hands into
Production,QCs will be arranged from produce to delivery. About our quality control, we
have 3 QC engineer in the mold producing, the one is in charge of in mold production and
two QC engineer are in charge of in injection molding, we can do 100% inspection for
mold and molding making.

customer, that included in PMP-DFM Report、 First Article Inspection Report、Mold Plan
progress report 、 Product supply certificate - Mold base 、 PMP Mold Flow、 Molding
Processing Data、Heat treatment quality report 、Product supply certificate - steel Material.
