  1. We’ve seen chambers and associations jump into social media. Mostly Facebook and Twitter. And we’ve added social media integration features to our software for them. What we’re also seeing is that Facebook and Twitter can be great for engaging existing members, but it may be harder to find new members. LinkedIn can be that tool.
