GROUP PITCHES
• Week commencing the 10th November you will be doing pitches these will
be filmed and must include:
• Brief details about your band/artist, including which record label they're
signed to, what their ideology is and who their target audience is (audience
profile).
• Mood board
• Synopsis of the video, including details of performance and/or narrative
elements, location shots, costume images (more guidance for this will be given
on Mrs. Raji’s blog www.mrsraji.blogspot.com – you need to conduct a recce)
• Storyboard
• Animatic
• Explanation of how you have used Goodwin's elements within the video OR
subvert it
• Explanation of WHY you have decided on this concept and HOW it will appeal
to the target audience and 'fit' into the music industry – discussion of any
influences you have had
• You will then get class and teacher feedback, this must go your blog and you
must adapt your ideas accordingly
You should have an on going journal
on your blog, where you record
what you have been doing

Group pitches

  • 1. GROUP PITCHES • Week commencing the 10th November you will be doing pitches these will be filmed and must include: • Brief details about your band/artist, including which record label they're signed to, what their ideology is and who their target audience is (audience profile). • Mood board • Synopsis of the video, including details of performance and/or narrative elements, location shots, costume images (more guidance for this will be given on Mrs. Raji’s blog www.mrsraji.blogspot.com – you need to conduct a recce) • Storyboard • Animatic • Explanation of how you have used Goodwin's elements within the video OR subvert it • Explanation of WHY you have decided on this concept and HOW it will appeal to the target audience and 'fit' into the music industry – discussion of any influences you have had • You will then get class and teacher feedback, this must go your blog and you must adapt your ideas accordingly You should have an on going journal on your blog, where you record what you have been doing
