- Khái niệm 5S là gì? Định nghĩa 5S: Sàng lọc, sắp xếp, sạch sẽ, săn sóc, sẵn sàng.
- Khái quát các bước thực hiện phương pháp 5S
- Những lợi ích của việc thực hiện 5S:
+ SEIRI - Sàng lọc:
Chiến lược “Thẻ đỏ” – Sàng lọc những vật không cần thiết tại nơi làm việc và loại bỏ chúng
+ SEITON - Sắp xếp:
Chiến lược "Kanban" và "Quản lý bằng mắt" – Sắp xếp mọi thứ một cách hệ thống, khoa học để tiện sử dụng khi cần.
+ SEISO - Sạch sẽ:
Quy trình làm sạch; kiểm tra bảo dưỡng. Vệ sinh, quét dọn, lau chùi mọi thứ gây bẩn tại nơi làm việc.
Ngày 2:
+ SEIKETSU - Săn sóc
Đặt ra các tiêu chuẩn cho 3S nói trên và liên tục thực hiện nó.
+ SHITSUKE - Sẵn sàng
