MAKE A MENU
EGG CARTON CRITTERS




       What you’ll need to make all 4 Egg
       Carton Critters:
       • An egg carton large enough to hold one
       dozen eggs
       • Pipe cleaners
       • A cork
       • A rubber band
       • Tape
       • Scissors
       • Colored markers or crayons
       Also, be sure to ask an adult to help you cut
       the egg cartons.

ACTIVITIES

   Colour Match for Pete the
   Cat

Print.  Cut and laminate.  Have the
children find Pete's remaining
matching coloured shoes and place
them on spaces.  This can also be
played in a group.  The shoes can
be placed on the table upside down
in the middle.
 Children can take turns turning
over a card and checking to see if it

matches.  The child who finds all
the shoes first is the winner.
How to Play:
1) With an adult, carefully cut out       PIN THE SHOE
each shoe from the sheet provided.
2) Have each player decorate his or
her shoe with crayons,
markers, or colored pencils.
3) Hang the Pete the Cat poster on a
wall somewhere
within reach of all players.
4) Put a small piece of tape on the
back of each shoe.
5) One at a time, each player should
be blindfolded and spun
around five times.
6) The player then tries to walk to the
Pete the Cat poster with
his or her shoe and places it as close
to the outstretched front paw
as possible.
7) At the end, the shoe closest to Pete
the Cat’s paw is
the winner!
