Looking for junior,mid-level or senior recruiter for our Bridgewater, New Jersey office Operations: * Comply with cyberThink policies and procedures to provide consistency in service quality and delivery. * Follow up with Consultants on completed requirements to ensure their satisfaction and meeting client requirements. * Tracks and document daily work tasks. * Need to develop expertise in searching and screening candidates from job/resume sites. * Need to develop experience in interviewing, selecting, hiring and supervising the work of consultants in the areas of Information Technology, Administrative and Accounting industry. * Some customer service or other work experience involving "people skills". Education and/or Experience: BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Advance level training will be provided to qualified candidate. Other Skills: Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Outlook and be proficient using spreadsheets and word processing programs (preferably, Microsoft Word and Excel). cyberThink Inc.
