    Find a way to have it featured in the ladies magazines

   Capitalise on any publicity that may be generated by
    shopping centres eg. Competitions, radio etc

   Review website – is the website reflecting the
    ‘Groom Spa’ image effectively?
   Start SEO campaign ASAP!
   Look at a Google Adwords campaign for
    Christmas
   Ecommerce – Gift vouchers and products available
    online – streamline the process so that man power
    is not needed for this – must be done before
    christmas
   Mobile website is a must before christmas!
 Develop a Mobile phone app for the spa’s.
  Literally be in the pockets of your clients – current
  & potential and be one step ahead of your
  competition. My absolute favourite marketing
  tools with good ROI.
 Social Media – Groom has 6 salons and only 550
  likes – this presents a huge opportunity to use
  facebook/twitter to sell to your clients. New
  program available to evaluate the statistics of
  your social media campaigns and profile the users
  so you can tailor your future campaigns to have a
  more effective return!
   These are a few of my initial ideas just from the
    outside, once given the opportunity dig a little deeper
    into the companies vision and goals these ideas and
    many more will flourish into exciting new strategies!

   Its less than 10 weeks until Christmas and some of
    these ideas need to be put into action immediately in
    order to capitalise on your clients biggest spending
    month of the year and I can assure you that I can
