This document discusses GRESB's new 2016 Health & Well-being Module. The module aims to systematically assess companies' promotion of health and well-being for employees and through real estate products/services. It includes 10 indicators across understanding needs, implementing actions, monitoring performance, and potential financial liabilities from health issues. Companies are encouraged to opt-in to the module when participating in GRESB's 2016 Real Estate or Developer Assessment to benchmark their performance and leadership in this emerging area.
