• Walls made with light-weight concrete blocks (layer of 300 mm) achieve a U-
value of 0.88 W/m2.K

system with heating power of 37 kW.

lighting, wastewater treatment, etc.

6. WATER SAVING FEATURES
Water-efficient fixtures:
• WCs: dual-flush with flush volume of 3 / 4.8 liters per flush
• Urinals: flush volume of 0.8 liter per flush
• Taps: flowrate of 3.24 liters per minute
→ 48.3% of water savings through fixtures
Non-domestic water use:
→ Reuse of treated wastewater to cover 100% of irrigation demand

• 100% of non-structural walls are made of non-baked materials

• Fresh air supply provided in 98.6% of the net occupied area
