Holistic health involves harmony and balance across five dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, and moral-spiritual health. Physical health refers to the state of the body, including composition, development, functions, and maintenance. It also means being able to perform daily tasks without fatigue. Mental or intellectual health is the ability to reason, analyze, evaluate, create, and make rational decisions. Emotional health is accepting and coping with one's own and others' feelings. Social health is the ability to build and maintain satisfying relationships. Moral-spiritual health refers to one's faith, beliefs, and values as well as looking for meaning and purpose in life.
