This document contains instructions for encoding PHIL-IRI assessment scores for reading comprehension tests in English and Filipino for oral and silent reading. It includes sections for inputting the student's name and grade, then scoring their performance on questions from reading passages by entering 0 for incorrect answers and 1 for correct answers, along with the number of words in each passage and time spent reading.
